GEOWIZ

Hello ! GEOWIZ is our submission of the GEOJAM 2022.

It is a Puzzle based game, where you control a cube (the white one), and you have to reach a goal with enemies and riddles along the way.  In order to win a level, all you have to do is to beat every enemy, and reach the end goal : the floating yellow cube. 

And to do so, you have power ups that you get on one side of your cube if you stomp on them, with only one power up per side. The movement is similar to a Turn based one, but not really : when you move, all the ennemies move too :

• Ennemy Cube ; follows you and kill you on impact.
• Ennemy octahedron : stationary and fires 4 bullets in all 4 directions (R,L,Foward,Backward)  once every two movements.

We have a total of 2 powerups :

• Bullets : the blue power up, where the side having it will be able to shoot bullets only if that side is facing either forward - backward - left - right. the bullets one shots all types of ennemies.
• Shockwave : the pink power up, where the side having it will be able to fire a shockwave only if that side is facing the floor. The shockwave pushes the ennemy cubes away from you.

Also : beware of the loud volume at first ! you can tweak the volume in the menu screen
